The Entrepreneurial University is Cairo University’s institutional roadmap for building a modern, innovation-driven campus. Developed in collaboration with strategic national partners, it introduces a multi-pillar framework that strengthens talent development, employability, entrepreneurship, applied research, and industry engagement across the entire university ecosystem.

Inspired by global models such as MIT and Stanford, this framework also opens the campus to entrepreneurs, scaleups, and ecosystem partners, bringing real market players into the heart of the university to mentor students, co-create solutions, and accelerate venture growth.

Positioned as a national playbook for Egypt, the model guides the transformation of higher education and outlines how Cairo University can become a leading engine of innovation, economic development, and future-ready talent.
